Right now arcane is getting outclassed by Seren's tome everywhere, meanwhile being an "iconic" item. The only place where I even can imagine arcane being slightly better at is at tob for freezing.
The new arcane would be untradeable and removing the tome to make the arcane tradable again would result in a loss of the tome.
Example for Arcane's new stats after combined with Serens tome (only writing out what's changing):
Attack bonuses: -
Defence bonuses:
Stab: +43
Slash: +45
Crush: +63
Magic: +7
Range: +42
Other bonuses:
Magic damage: +5%
Prayer: +0
Pros:
* Seren's tome sink.
* Lets us have a really cool iconic shield equipped.
Cons:
* Might make the arcane a bit to powerful. (which the tome already is)

Use Konar, duradel has way more tasks that he can give in the same weight and higher.
If you have fire giants, kalphites and black demons blocked you should see krakens semi common. -

Kingdoms is mainly used for herb/logs i assume? Herblore is pretty damn buffed + explorer ring lets u teleport right next to herb patches. -
There's a shit ton of plugins from the "newer" runelite that would be awesome, can devs look into getting the newer runelite with the gauntlet plugin for example?

As of rn zaros gp is worth more than osrs gp, not to mention its so easy to get to late game monsters as a normie account.

Yeah since u need shamans armour for shamans accuracy is rock bottom. DPS is only a thing if the monster you're dealing damage to lives for a longer while.

Rn Canyon shamans are packed with vennies in rag gear just straight up crashing you if you set your cannon down. (I swear atleast 3-4 vennies showed up in rune crossbow/broad bolts from nowhere speaking spanish to me and put thier cannon down next to mine)
Canyon should be locked behind something that takes some play time like : achievment %. Or make it instanceable. -
