cereb is most crowded boss around there is almost no empty rooms the whole times in the 3 rooms each world,why developers do not do 3 floors each room that will give all chance to do it,i know there is instance tokens but not everyone can afford that all the time espically for such ez boss,and ik u will say that how it works at osrs but osrs got plenty of worlds,so cannot compare, all im suggesting is do 3 floors each room that each (9 cerebs each world),bet that will help out the situation a bit.
