Definitely support. Can't tell you how many times I've right clicked someone to look them up, I always randomly look people up on OSRS and I keep catching myself trying to do it on Zaros as well.

The rules are in place for a reason, especially having a SECOND screen to review them and make sure they’re all in place. While yes being scammed is unfortunate, it’s the player who gets scammed fault at the end of the day. You’re given not one, but TWO chances to review the rules of the stake.

Go to "advanced options" then choose "Advanced Options (Zaros)" and you'll see the option to turn Yell Messages on or off.
