I think someone on discord can solve this, contact the admin+ and tell them to change your name or just create a new account. your name is inappropriate I can confirm that, but i'm also sure that someone on discord will get you out of trouble.

Did you try to contact anyone on Discord about this specific problem ? Because this is first time I'm facing it.

It does convert to coins as reward for player who killed you, but you need to pay some fee to get the items back from that npc.

You can get them from NPC that is located north of Edg bank, at altar room. Not sure what's his name but he is there 😉 Dont die again ! 😄

How is it possible you could make 2 accounts on same email, that sounds wrong. you should use your ingame username not the email. try redownloading your client and maybe you'll fix your issue. If you can join forums you can join in-game too for sure. Let me know did any of this helped.
