Konar Posted March 30, 2021 Share Posted March 30, 2021 We have 2 people who deal with tickets, it sucks that the wait time can be a little much sometimes but they have lives too, also responses are usually never more than 12-48 hours at most, make sure you're going back and checking the ticket periodically to check for what they want you to do.
