Locked out of authenticator

I broke my phone and no longer have access to the authenticator. On the zaros forums it says I need the authenticator code to disable it but I can't access it. Any chance I can get the authenticator disabled?

For any issues with 2FA, please use this link to fill out a support ticket. Select the account departement and you will receive help on regaining acces to your account.

Please note , in some cases, it can take up to 48h before receiving an answer.

I will close this thread for now, you can make a new one if you seek more help. You can always seek help on discord or in-game aswell.
