Select the 'account' departement and describe your problem. An administrator or ticket support staff member will get back to you as soon as possible. In some cases this can take up to a maximum of 48h. I will close this thread for now. If you need any more assistance, please make a new one or contact any staffmember in-game or on forums/discord.
