Refund on Achievement items

Hello all! 

I think that there should be some sort of refund option for achievement items, specifically the tiered ones. Things like decorative armor don't need it, but I think that if you buy 1-4 on Explorer's ring, you should be able to recoup some of the cash considering the first 3 are obsolete.

Maybe not a full refund, but partial/half refund would be good. Or even make it so that you just pay to upgrade, that way we can't complain about it 😛
