Can't claim scroll in game

I donated for a scroll, but haven't been able to claim it in game it's been a few hours

Please check these things first:

- Did your donation go through? Have you been billed?

- Did you donate through the correct account on the website?

- Did you ::check?

 

If none of above solved your issue, please make a support ticket here and select the "account" departement.

I will close this thread for now, make a ticket if you keep having issues.
