It is because there is currently no option for us to set the 2FA to trust our device(s) for ## days. @Spooky is well cognizant of this, and has said he will get round to dealing with it eventually. He stated on discord that when you enter your 2FA code on the website, it will automatically remember it for 30 days. Also, when you log into the site, make sure to click "Remember me" before clicking the login button. I also suggest you remove 2FA and re-enable it to make sure this issue is fixed for you.
