5up Posted December 14, 2020 Share Posted December 14, 2020 (edited) @rayrayray The live chat can be a bit slow, as all the staff are busy with developing the server side of things & the owner has stated himself, there still isn't enough staff to cover the 1.5k - nearly 3k players on daily. There's only a few staff at the moment and not all of them can get to everyone's issues all at once. I understand this is frustrating, & hopefully something gets sorted out sooner than later. Is there a ticket system area? if so maybe send your issue there if there is; if not keep at it until you get an answer. ?
