Expel Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 So I invited a friend to play this server and come start a GIM with me, he's never even heard of this server until I told him about it yesterday. He's trying to create a new account through the online register and a message pops up saying "You're IP address is prohibited from making an account" every time he tries to register. He's never even been to the website before and it won't let him register. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something he can do to get around this? FTWImCody Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 Please if you can have him go to the main Discord Server: https://discord.gg/2DyG3dkb 1) Go to #ticket-support 2) Click the Prohibited IP Envelope Icon with Arrow 3) Wait for help with Prohibited IP 4) Worst case scenario until he gets help, I have been chatting with him and it seems he can not access Zaros website to vote/forums, he may be able to login via Mobile device to ::vote and access forums temporarily until it is resolved.
