All payments through Stripe have been refunded and any osrs gp refunds need to be contacted with Live Support when some one is online ?

I am sure once it all dies down a bit you can appeal the ban, the devs are a bit on edge right now though...

They are waiting a week to let things calm down and so they can iron out EVERYTHING and prepare for 3-5k people next week..

The staff is working very hard on servers right now, if you would like a donation refund..please just contact one of the admins on Discord and wait as they are very busy trying to fix the server issues ?

Give it some time, staff is working VERY HARD regarding the server issues they are having...whenever I was logged in it showed nearly 1,000 people logged in so definitely some server issues right out the gate..

Not sure what you are referring to but Spooky is working on a full announcement at the moment regarding servers...stand by for further information. If you have not already join the Discord server..

They are having some server issues with so many people trying to play, give it time it will stable out ?

There are still issues with logging in but you can at least get to the Login screen right now ?

They have been working there butt off on this server...they even stress tested last night for the entire night...there is no way they could have expected this..please be patient..get to know your community you will be playing with ?

The developers are currently working on it ? Be patient, no one is able to log in so you are not missing out on much ?

I think they are still working on the Mac version..just use the .jar and make sure you have Java installed ?

Yea, when you donate, you will get Scrolls in game then you can either trade them with other players or use them for Tokens ?
