Lovely idea but, this won't be added. We believe the forums is enough for advertising clans.

1 will be worked on for titles not user bars, 2 no, 3 will be added in the near future, 4 yes.

Bullets 1-3 are/will be added, 4 & 6 possibly added in future and 6 & 7 we have forum mods now so if anything you see misplaced, breaking a rule just report it.
