This is something that could easily be done. I used a box-shadow to create a glow effect around the avatar. It could also be created using an image. box-shadow: 0px 0px 5px 5px rgba(255,0,0,0.6);

Having community members being in the QA program is no less than someone being considered as a beta tester or content tester. These people would have knowledge of future updates, however this would not provide them with an economic advantage since Zaros is suppose to be 1:1 (or close) to OSRS.
