I completely agree. Ironmen have been somewhat neglected. I'd love to see a QoL update focused on the game-mode and adding an imbue scroll for rings would 100% be part of that.

You receive the experience for Spirit Trees when you clear the patch - the developers are aware of this bug. However, seeing as after 99 farming there is no use for them. I'd love to see this exchange ability. +1 😄

Are you aware that you're able to reset combat stats? This would have been a much cheaper alternative.

As many of you are asking how to make money on Zaros, I thought I’d make a quick guide based on my experiences. This is not a guide to make billions of gp - if you’re looking for that please go elsewhere. I also understand that certain techniques in this guide will make less money as more and more people learn about them. But to be honest, making money off of desperate people is wrong - as much as i love capitalism. So enjoy 😃 So to start off with, no matter what game mode your main account is - make a second account. This dramatically increases the amount of money you can make per hour. Per rules, you are allowed to play on up to 3 accounts at a time. So if you wish - I suggest you do so! With that being said - here are my money making methods: Selling Quest Items Here are the most profitable items to sell, however, I have provided the full list below: Orange Dye Blue Dye Goblin Mail Red Bead Yellow Bead Black Bead White Bead Balls of Wool Bronze Med Helm Iron Chain Body Bucket Of Milk Pot Of Flour Egg Bones Clay Copper Ore Iron Ore Eye of Newt Onion Burnt Meat Cabbage Passive Farming & Herblore Farming is one of the most profitable skills on Zaros. Particularly if you do it the right way. By thieving master farmers for seeds, hunting bird houses and creating the most profitable potions on Zaros you can make millions of gp per hour completely passive. I would highly suggest completing 45% of the achievement diaries for the most efficient farming technique. This allows you to teleport to all herb, tree and fruit tree plots free of charge. Here are links to guides for birdhouses and farming: Slayer In addition to Farming, Slayer is one of the most consistent money makers in the game. Nothing is guaranteed - however, it goes without saying that some of the most valuable items in game require a high slayer level to receive as a drop. Lucky you. Otherwise, I’m sure you’re wondering why everyone is ranting about these god darn thieving bots! Reason being - it makes a lot of guaranteed gp p/hr. Here is a link to a thieving guide: However, summarized you can do home stall from 1-38 thieving, master famers from 38-55, knights of ardougne from 55-80 and heroes from 80-99 for maximum experience and gp. Motherload Mine Lastly, for those of you who prefer a more laid back money maker. The motherland mine is quite afk~able once you unlock the 2nd floor. 100% support. I got 99 firemaking at Wintertodt (55 games) and only received 1 piece of the outfit.

Thanks for sharing @Im HC. I must admit, even as an Ironman - these bots are very frustrating. If we step back and look at the big picture, the continuation of these bots will be the downfall of Zaros. From an administrative perspective, the increased player count is great - but only in the short term. In the long-run, these players who risk being banned for botting are obviously also going to risk being banned for RWTing. Not only are these bots making the prices of items dramatically increase (making gameplay for legitimate players harder), but it's also reducing the number of donations Zaros receives. It's in the best interest of everyone involved to remove bots from the game entirely. I feel as though a server wide bot prevention initiative is necessary (seeing as thieving is not the only bot people are using). Here's a simple suggestion: On random interval every 15-45 minutes an NPC appears, following your character. Once this character appears, you will be able to finish your current task, but must speak with him before being able to do anything else afterwards. This NPC will randomly ask you to either answer a question, complete a puzzle or perform an emote - and reward you with both coins and an experience lamp upon successful completion. Failure to complete the NPC's task within a certain timeframe will teleport you to a zone - making bot detection much easier for staff members. Additionally, for people skilling/pvming while watching shows/films (not botting) - a notification option for the client when this NPC appears would be great (sound + bubble). This way people can't complain/say they didn't notice the NPC.

Support for everything other than this 😃 You get plenty of Fossils via Hunting Herbiboar or Sulliuscep Woodcutting. I've been using mine to get XP lamps from Varrock Museum - so not sure what the rate p/hr would like look when exchanging fossils for numulite. Have you tested this method? I'm pretty sure it's the best way to get them.

Make an alt account and make money on it. Buy donator scrolls and then use them on your Ironman - it will transfer the scroll to your Ironman account and you can then redeem them for donator status and points for the ::store. I agree, it would be nice to see some more distinctions/benefits between the game modes. Titles aren't very incentive for everyone though. I'd love to hear people's ideas for new game mode benefits. Although I'm an Elite Hardcore Ironman for the experience - having additional perks would be nice!
