Prayer is a crucial skill for those PVMING at a higher scale/ at higher combat levels whether it be bosses, raids or PvP. Prayer is unlocked as the skill goes up, assisting players in both offensive and defensive ways. It requires one for each prayer a player wishes to unlock, meaning it takes three prayer scrolls to unlock all three of them. Prayer scroll can be obtained via a drop in Chambers of Xeric, be bought of the Trade post West Edgeville Bank or by bought of another player. Types of Bones in Zaros Down below are a list of the most common bones that players can acquire throughout Zaros. The two most common methods are to either use the bones on a POH (Player Owned House) Altar or on the Chaos Altar in the Wilderness as they grant the most experience. However I will be showing the XP when buried as well. The Chaos Altar Gives the same rates as a lit Altar in a POH NOTE: The spot is also popular for PK'ers and there is a chance you will get killed so don't bring too much wealth. Wilderness Chaos Altar Spoiler The Wilderness Chaos Altar is located in the Deep Wilderness The quickest way to get there is to Teleport to KBD then run West! When you get to KBD Be Aware of PKERS Beaware of Crazy Arch he is aggressive and can hit quite hard! Prayer Bonus Players of Zaros can use a verity of armors to gain prayer bonus. Each point of prayer bonus slows the prayer drain rate by 3.33%. This means having 30 points of prayer bonus makes your prayer last twice as long. An example would be that if you were Protecting from Melee would then drain 1 Prayer point every 10 seconds instead of every 5 seconds. A really good way to train prayer is to burst/barrage nechryaels from the ancient spell book while having the ash sanctifier. it auto scatters ashes and since nechs spawn the deathspawns which also drop ashes, its a good source of prayer exp.
