I would not consider this a careless action. Not everyone uses the forum, and not everyone would be cognizant that they are rewarded completely different rewards, most especially experience in different combat skills from quests that do not even give these rewards in original Old School RuneScape. This is misleading and is ruining accounts every day, the experience rewards should be changed to general experience lamps or experience lamps the specific skill, in which players have the option to use or drop/empty.

Unfortunately there is currently no way for iron men to obtain/make imbued rings. I have seen countless suggestions regarding iron men and imbued rings throughout the forum and the Zaros community Discord server, so I am sure the development team are well vigilant and will look into it when they have the time to.

If you are entering in the correct command (::ClaimItems) and already have 2FA enabled on your account, but still failing to receive your donations, then contact the live chat/support team via the Zaros store. You can do this by entering in the ::Store command in-game or clicking the store button at the top navigation bar on the website/forum. Once you have done that, there will be a pop-up at the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on that to get through to an available live chat/support team member. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that you were hacked. I exhort setting up 2FA on your account(s) in the future, as well as using more vigorous passwords, and most especially passwords that you have not used anywhere else before.
Account recoveries are currently dealt with by the live chat/support team via the Zaros store page. Go onto the Zaros store page - you can do this by entering in the ::Store command in-game or clicking the store button at the top navigation bar on the website/forum. Once you have done that, there will be a pop-up at the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on that to get through to an available live chat/support team member. Good luck!

I believe Dagannoth Supreme is the only NPC in Zaros that drops spined chaps. Try your luck against the boss or ask around in the support clan chats, someone is bound to have spined chaps and would be willing to lend it to you.

Legend's cape will be available to obtain (I am unsure how) for non-iron man players on the next game update. I hope you get some goodies from your master clue scrolls, good luck!

Kindly ask an online game moderator to forward your issue to the development team or mention one of the development team members over at the Zaros community Discord server. Your account will most likely remain stucked logged in until a server restart/system update otherwise. Hopefully your issue will be dealt with soon, good luck.Check the post above.

Either directly message a game moderator in-game on another account or mention a game moderator over at the Zaros community Discord server. You will be assisted a lot more expeditious. Game moderators do not have the power to kick, however, they will forward your issue to a member of staff who can.

Ikov still peaks at 500+ players. It is the best pre-EoC RuneScape Private Server available, and is still consistently being updated, regardless of it being the most content packed RuneScape Private Server in the scene. Ikov is far from old and done.
