Are you logging in-game with the exact same details - username (not email) and password that you used to register your account on the website?

But other servers seems to work. At least IKOV was running without issues.
The only other thing that I could think of is your firewall. If Zaros is being blocked by your firewall, you would be unable to connect to the servers. You can set up exceptions in your computer and your routers firewall to allow successful access. Make sure Java.exe is not blocked either.

This issue could be occurring due to an adapter which is disallowing you to log in-game - a VPN adapter for example. Go to: Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections. Turn off anything that is not vital.

None of the rotten tomato crates in-game are functional unfortunately, however, I have heard that you can obtain the rotten tomato from thieving Farmers and/or Master Farmers. Try your luck at them, good luck!

You cannot access the store page unless you are logged in. The store will also already recognise your username when purchasing token scrolls and such. Post a screenshot here of your store page point of view, with the error included.

There is currently an issue with the Agility skill the causes the disconnections. I understand your frustration as it happened to my countless times while I went for level 99 in the skill. This issue has been reported several times, so hopefully it will be looked into and fixed soon.

Unfortunately I do not know a solution to this issue, I thought it was something that would have been fixed after the issue(s) related to logging in were solved yesterday. Try your luck at contacting David (Ikov#0001) or Spooky (Spooky#3867) on Discord. Good luck!

Ascertain that you are entering in your username and not the email that you used to register your account on the website. If you are doing it correctly, then lamentably I am unsure of the issue. I would suggest waiting for the current issue related to logging in to be fixed, which the development team are in the process of doing, and then try again.
