There are global issues related to donations going on currently. Unfortunately there is also another issue occurring, which is to do with logging in. The development team are aware of both issues, they are currently working on fixing the issue with logging in and then they will move onto dealing with issues related to donations.

A substantial quantity of the community are facing the same issue. The development team are aware of it and are currently working on fixing it. It has been an perpetual issue for an hour now, so hopefully the wait will not be much longer.

You do not have to create a thread for the same topic/issue/etc. more than once. This is a global issue, which the development team are aware of it and are currently working on fixing it.

I believe that players are able to donate with Old School RuneScape gold by going to the store page and contacting the live support. You should see a pop-up at the bottom right corner of your screen once you go onto the store page, you click on that in order to contact the live support.

Try to contact a member of staff over at the Zaros community Discord server. You should [hopefully] be assisted more expeditiously there.

Zaros has not yet launched, however, it will be launching in 4 hours and 12 minutes from now. Join the Zaros community Discord server to keep track of the live countdown to the launch, as well as to keep up to date with all the consequential information.

Check my responses to your previous two threads regarding the same issue you had already reported.
If you are not already in the Zaros community Discord server, then I suggest joining it. The development team will promulgate to the community once the issue related to logging in has been fixed.
