I think it really depends on how you would like to use that alt, if you plan on afking then i'd recommend karambwan alt if not then zulrah alt.

Fastest method is fletching dragon darts for sure. Smithing bars into darts or buying the dart tips/broad bolt tips is a much better method for fletching than any log method especially if you combine the dart fletching with 15minute exp boost books from quest rewards.

I don't know if you can get someones ip like that, but i wouldn't be worried about it too much. If anyone wants to find your ip they will find a way

I really like the ring of wealth ability to pick up coins/caskets, but i'd also like to not lose my ring slot over it. Maybe add a feature to be able to infuse ring of wealth with your cape(max cape) or unlock a ability to have it as a passive effect via slayer/pvp/pc etc..?

What about the rouges den + rogues castle thieving methods? Would be nice to see those aswell

Cerberus seems to be over crowded all the time and using instance tokens is quite expensive. Maybe add a option to make an instance cheaper just for cerb, make it hourly per certain token amounts, to be able to create a portal in your house for some kind of a fee( 15m? ) or have similiar ish concept to cerb as in thermo boss.
