Asher
This is guide is alright and I question whether everybody praising it has actually tried to follow it. A few improvements I noticed that could be made in order for players not to have to use another source: Black Knight's Fortress - 12 quest points is a requirement to start the quest. Cook's Assistant - You can buy all the items you need in the chest in the lumbridge basement. Demon Slayer - You need 1 coin to pay gypsy to start the quest. Goblin Diplomacy - You can buy the dyes you need in Lletya. Vampyre Slayer - All items are attainable before/during the quest and they're not as clearly explained as they could be. You can get garlic from searching the cupboard upstairs in the house where you start the quest by speaking to Morgan. Witch's Potion - You don't have to obtain an onion through farming, there are several shops where you can buy an onion, or you can thieve from one of the veg stalls scattered around, all of which are faster than waiting for an allotment to grow. There is also an onion patch NW of rimmington. Maybe add teleports used to travel to certain areas for quests, so the guide is easier to follow for players less familiar with the game. I.E. for Ernest the Chicken, after you grab the poison and fish food in Draynor Manor and you need to go to the fountain, don't say "go outside" say "Teleport to Draynor" because you can't exit the manor from the inside. Simple small overlooked details that will make the guide more accessible and less frustrating for newer players or people who don't typically do quests. No reason to nit pick! I finished all the tutorials with no problem doesn't really take a rocket scientist to figure out the small missed things. I finished all the tutorials with no problem doesn't really take a rocket scientist to figure out the small missed things. Just some suggestions to add to the quality of life of less experienced players who may be following this guide. I've witnessed myself people being confused as to why they can't start Black Knight's Fortress and having a "requirements" sections that doesn't include a requirement to start the quest is sloppy... There's no need to go through all the trouble of buying and making all the dyes when you can use one shop to buy all the dyes required for the goblin diplomacy.. etc. You're right, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the small missed things. But there are a lot of newer players on this server and these small improvements would be a great quality of life upgrade for those less experienced folks trying to follow along with this guide. If someone doesn't know you can get garlic from upstairs in Morgan's house they're going to have to resort to asking support cc or using google, which shows that a guide isn't giving all the information that it could be. I could go on but hopefully you get my point.
