Thanks for taking the time and viewing my post.

You can find all information regarding my FORUM suggestions below.

    1. Goals & Achievements channel.
1a. Having the ability to showcase a players goals and achievements within the server.

    2. Farewells & Goodbyes channel.
2a. Those who take a break from the server and want to let the community know they are going to be out for a while have the option to do so.

This is the end of my suggestion list as of 11/24/2020 - thanks for viewing.

First, I love the graphic you used or created. Looks super clean

    • I agree with Goals & Achievements and a Farewells section, maybe a sub-forum under Introductions.
    • @November More ranks will be visible a little bit before release, like Donator and Misc ranks.

    You're welcome

The IPS 2FA isn't being used on the site. It would have to be added to the site directly.

  3. The point of the hype is be exciting after seeing the content that has been posted in the #sneak-peek channel on the discord server. The devs have been showing off content they have added into the game and its functionality or mechanics. Yes, you won't know how it feels to play until you actually play, but that's what the hype is all about. Full details of game modes and experience rates will be announced sometime this weekend. Wait until November 27th to log into the server, get your own feel of it, and then make your judgement if you want to continue playing or go back to OSRS.

This is a very easy to follow guide that will allow you to add your Discord information, using an auto-generated image, to your forum signature.

First, you will need to turn on Developer Mode

Go into your user settings, find Appearance, and scroll down until you find Developer Mode. Go ahead and toggle that on.

Next, you will have to find and copy your Unique ID. You can do this by right clicking on your name (in a message or online list) and find Copy ID

    01e5ea4ff2369589f2c301b9f0da3441.png

Finally, use the link provided below to auto generate an image that will become your signature.

https://sigcord.io/user/(insert your copied unique ID here)

    Example:

    214198994560221184

And that's it! Enjoy your new auto generated signature.

Don't really see the need for QA testers from the community if you have a large enough staff team that can handle it.  Staff members are usually eager to contribute more anyway, so this would be an area to pick up slack to prevent buggy updates.

Sure the staff team can handle it and test, but you have to account for the other responsiblities staff members have to deal with. Because of this, they aren't able to spend much time to testing new content. Having a dedicated team, just for testing, newer content will feel more "complete" and bug free once updated to the live game.

I think it is a great idea to get a few quality testers but I do feel as tho that rank should be server “staff” it should not be something easy to get the should be quite invested in the server and show dedication.

Of course. Similiar to how Ikov handles Content Testers, this would be something that members will have to apply for, such as Server Support. The applications can be reviewed by either Developers or Administrators with trust and dedication to the server kept in mind.

I feel like services that require someone to access your account (ie: inferno, fight caves, gauntlet) are unsafe and should not be accept. Not only does it make the inferno cape and other mini games less impressive to achieve it leads to compromised accounts

Just like Ikov, using services, that require access to your account should be used at your OWN RISK. Expressed in the official Zaros rules, account sharing is not against the rules, however it is your own responsiblity if your account is compromised. I'm sure most of us are smart enough to know who to trust, who not to trust, or simply not let people use the account you also play on. I understand that some of us have brothers, sisters, or friends who we trust greatly, however please ask them to make their own account when playing. For one, this will allow your account to be protected, but also allowing the other person to save their own progress.

  8. Welcome to Zaros, Deacon. I really enjoy seeing account progression on mobile only players. Personally, I'm not a mobile player or a fan of mobile gaming, but then I am always fascinated with accounts and its progression for players that do limit themselves to mobile only. If you're interested and wanting to, you could create a Goals & Achievements thread in the forum linked before. It definitely will be something that I follow 🙂

  9. "Dear COVID,

You surprised us with your entrance and invasion in our lives. Your wave across the country felt too distant and then within moments came crashing down on us. At first your presence gave many people the chance to slow down, the chance to make and eat meals as a family and the chance for parents to get involved in kids' schooling again. They have been good lessons and you have given us sufficient practice. Thank you.

You have overstayed your welcome though.  Your social effects are worse than your illness. We have lost loved ones and not been able to gather, grieve or support our families or friends. We have loved ones sick and hospitalized, for a multitude of reasons, whom we have to leave, isolated in the hospitals with no support system. They lie alone in the hospital bed and their loved ones lie alone at home.

    Enough."

    Welcome to Zaros, corona

  10. He seems like a very knowledgeable and valuable member that I feel would do well in the last month of the beta. His ironman's total level, on OSRS, is 1,950, which means he has almost experienced majority of what the ironman game mode has to offer and could easily spot indifferences in the game mode on Zaros. I also took the time to check out his Github, where he has created and contributed to numerous interesting projects. Although I can not attest to his quality in code, I do, however, believe he would make a good addition to the beta testing for our last month and be able to iron out any remaining bugs we may have left.

    *No pun intended, I promise*
